Over-the-Counter Drug Information

Active Ingredients (Per 1 Tablet - 439 mg):
Corn Unsaponifiable Titrated Extract (KPC): 35.00 mg (7 mg as total sterols)
Magnolia Bark 75% Ethanol Soft Extract (5→1) (Specification): 70.00 mg

Indications & Effects:
Adjunctive treatment for gingivitis and mild-to-moderate periodontitis following periodontal therapy.

Dosage & Administration:
Initial Dose: Take 2 tablets per dose, 3 times daily before meals, orally.
Maintenance Dose: Take 1 tablet per dose, 3 times daily before meals, orally.

Adults: Initial dose is 70 mg (2 tablets) as Corn Unsaponifiable Titrated Extract, taken orally 3 times daily before meals. Maintenance dose is 35 mg (1 tablet) taken orally 3 times daily before meals. Adjust appropriately according to age and symptoms.

Precautions for Use:

1. Do not take if you:
Have hypersensitivity to this drug or any of its ingredients.

2. Consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking if you:
1) Have a history of hypersensitivity to azo dyes, acetylsalicylic acid, or other prostaglandin synthase inhibitors.
2) Are taking cholesterol-lowering medications.
3) Are pregnant or breastfeeding (safety during pregnancy has not been established use only if the expected therapeutic benefit outweighs the risk).
4) Have a history of hypersensitivity or allergy to Tartrazine (FD&C Yellow No. 4) or Sunset Yellow FCF (FD&C Yellow No. 5).

3. Stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist if:
1) Mild laxative effects occur.
2) Hypersensitivity reactions (skin or respiratory) occur in patients with asthma, chronic urticaria, or sensitivity to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
3) Any of the following adverse events occur (reported in clinical trials involving 55 chronic periodontitis patients regardless of drug causality):
- Digestive: Dyspepsia, worsening of symptoms in irritable bowel syndrome, oral ulcers
- Hepatic/Biliary: Increased ALT, increased total bilirubin
- Skin & Appendages: Itching of the face and neck
- Metabolic/Systemic: Facial edema (swelling)
- Others: Hearing abnormality, gum pain
4) Symptoms do not improve after taking for 1 month.

Storage Instructions:
Store in an airtight container at room temperature (1–30°C).
Keep out of reach of children.
