BIJC Korea is a brand operated by JC, a business registered in the Republic of Korea. In these Terms of Service, the terms “BIJC Korea,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JC operating under the BIJC Korea brand.

BIJC Korea operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

BIJC Korea uses Shopify technology to operate its online store.

However, products offered through BIJC Korea are sold by JC operating under the BIJC Korea brand, unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

The contract of sale for products purchased from our store is between the customer and JC/BIJC Korea.

Shopify provides ecommerce platform services but is not the seller of products purchased from BIJC Korea.

Questions regarding BIJC Korea products, orders, shipping, returns, refunds, or customer service should be directed to BIJC Korea using the contact information provided in these Terms and on our website.

Nothing in this section affects any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify BIJC Korea and JC against losses, liabilities, damages, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's legal rights.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for matters for which such indemnification would be prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Where Korean law permits the parties to agree on jurisdiction, disputes may be brought before a competent court in the Republic of Korea.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable consumer law provides such a right.
