Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BIJC Korea.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page before sending any item back. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:

- Food and beverage products
- Health and wellness products
- Cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened or used
- Personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item confirmed by BIJC Korea, we will provide instructions regarding the return and applicable shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by BIJC Korea.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us through our Contact page.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported into their destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders refused or returned due to customs regulations, unpaid duties or taxes, or failure to complete required customs procedures may be subject to shipping and return costs. Any eligible refund will be determined after the returned item is received and inspected.
