Shipping Policy

BIJC Korea ships orders internationally from South Korea.

Shipping Methods

We use a variety of international shipping services depending on the destination, package size, weight, and product type.

Available shipping carriers may include:

- Korea Post K-Packet
- EMS (Express Mail Service)
- DHL Express
- FedEx

For small and lightweight packages, we primarily use Korea Post K-Packet. Larger, heavier, or time-sensitive shipments may be shipped via EMS, DHL Express, or FedEx.

The shipping method may be selected by BIJC Korea based on the destination, package size, weight, product type, and available carrier services.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional order verification is required.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method.

- K-Packet: approximately 7–20 business days
- EMS: approximately 3–10 business days
- DHL Express or FedEx: approximately 2–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, package size, and available shipping method. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for complying with the import regulations of their destination country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

BIJC Korea is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to BIJC Korea due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply.
